Description
What this service covers
The tools your staff use internally shape how much they get done each day, but they seldom get proper investment. We build a web application on your existing API with the basics handled properly: paging done on the server so lists of 200,000 rows stay responsive, filters stored in the page address so they survive a reload, exports that finish, and permissions that keep finance data away from support staff. Up to twelve screens are included, plus a component library, fully written up, that your developers can extend.
What you receive
- Web application of up to 12 screens, including navigation and login
- Access rules matched to the roles your system already defines
- Server-side sorting, filtering and paging on every table, plus export to spreadsheet
- A browsable catalogue of shared components for your developers to reuse
- Input checks and clear error handling on each create, update and delete action
- Automated build pipeline and a staging environment
- Handover session walking your engineers through the code
The work in 4 stages
-
01
Stage 1: Screen and role mapping
We list every screen, user role and API endpoint, and point out anything missing.
-
02
Stage 2: Core setup
Login, layout, navigation and the shared components are put in place before any screen.
-
03
Stage 3: Screen batches
Screens arrive four at a time so you can review them as they land.
-
04
Stage 4: Code handover
We walk through the code, hand over documentation and stay available for ten days of support.
Who it suits, and what we need from you
Ideal for
- Teams running day-to-day operations from shared spreadsheets
- Businesses with a reliable API but no usable screens on top of it
- Startups that have outgrown the quick admin panel they started with
What we need from you
- API documentation, or a working endpoint with test credentials we can explore
- A decision-maker who can approve screen designs without delay
- A list of user roles and what each role may view
You share these through the brief on your order page after checkout.
What changes for your team
- Staff complete their tasks in the workspace rather than in exported files
- Once the component library exists, adding a screen takes hours
- Access is controlled in one permission layer, not scattered across the codebase
